| An initial letter is sent to the debtor within 48 hours from the receipt of your business. Phone contact is attempted within 48 hours of receipt of business. We then make daily calls for the first 5 business days until contact is made and then once a week. The calling times are varied between morning, afternoon, evening and weekends. | ||
