What if the debtor calls me after the account has been placed with you?

Once assigned, we request that all debtors be referred back to FHC for negotiation.  In this way we can best provide the mose effective resolution without conflicting account strategies this avoiding practical and regulatory entanglements.  In many cases when we have performed asset searches we ascertain financial information you do not have, thus enabling us to maximize recovery in the shortest timeframe possible.
