In what forms do you accept debtor files?
We accept debtor files on diskette, CD-ROM, hardcopy or modem to modem transfer.

Our program is one of continuous training. We currently attend conferences and workshops to insure that we are providing our collectors with the most up to date information that is available.

What information is included in the initial letter to the debtor?
The initial letter contains the creditor's name, amount due and notification that the debtor has 30 days from the date of this letter to dispute the claim or request verification of the debt.

What collection software to you use?
We use Debtnet software. Debtnet automatically generates a delinquency letter and/or schedules a team member to call the debtor if a payment is late. Debtnet also provides the debt collector with state and agency contact restrictions so that we are not in

What is your collection strategy?
An initial letter is sent to the debtor within 48 hours from the receipt of your business. Phone contact is attempted within 48 hours of receipt of business. We then make daily calls for the first 5 business days until contact is made and then once a week
